We specialize in electro-mechanical design using state of the art 3D CAD tools. We can import and export graphical data in most industry standard formats, such as dwg, dxf, igs, stp, sat, etc. We can also read and write Gerber files.

Our specialty is fixture design and fabrication. We work with the customer's native Cad files to generate the data needed to design precision fixtures. If cad files are not available, we can generate the data from 2D paper drawings. We can also reverse engineer products if no documentation is available.

We also specialize in mechanical product design. We have designed enclosures for analytical laboratory test equipment, high speed networking devices, consumer electronic devices, as well as others. In addition to having complete design capability we also have a machine shop where we build prototypes and small production runs of the items we design. By having this in-house machining capability allows us to have very tight control over the design and prototyping process. The cost savings we realize from this in-house capability can be passed on to our customers. We are also able to react much more quickly to our customers needs by having in-house machining capability.

For larger projects we have alliances with sheetmetal and machine shops that have the automated equipment necessary to cost effectively produce parts in volume. We can provide one-stop turn-key services to our customers by using these outside resources.

Although our main focus is on mechanical design, we frequently are asked to provide fixturing that has electrical or electronic devices associated with it. We have resources in the area of hardware and software design and can integrate those pieces into the overall fixture, if needed by the customer.
